As provided for in Art. 24.2 of the Service Contract with ATO-R, TRM has adopted a Service Charter that responds to the need to define the quality of the service with respect to the direct users of the plant’s operations, i.e. the Transferors. The document contains information on how the Service is managed in relation to the Transferors, Quality and Efficiency standards as well as a description of the characteristics of the Plant.
