TRM has a new CEO.

During the Board of Director on 29th October, after Giovanni Chinosi resignation as Councilor member, Claudio Mazzari has been co-opted as new Councilor member.

After Mauro Pergetti left the charge of CEO, Claudio Mazzari took over as new CEO.

During the same session, Renato Boero resigned from Councilor member and President with immediate effect.

The Board of Director thanked the outgoing Councilors for the valuable contribution to the Company management and for the positive results obtained.

The next Company President will be appointed by the City of Turin, which has the direct power of appointment. The following Shareholders’ Meeting will took note of this designation.
