Emission Release

31 January 2018

Yesterday an electrical instrumental anomaly to the control system of Line 3 (DCS) caused a brief irregularity about the combustion of waste, which caused the excess of two half hour averages and, consequently, the excess of the daily average limit of carbon monoxide. The anomaly was resolved in a short time thanks to the timely intervention of the control room operators that restored the ordinary operation of Line 3 already in the afternoon. The control bodies (Arpa and the Province of Turin) have been informed about the anomaly.
