Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”) of the European Parliament the data owner has the right to obtain the correction, the integration or the deletion of the data, the limitation of the processing of personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of data and, finally, the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
